Tracking Information
Your tracking number is issued at dispatch from our China warehouse via DHL, FedEx, or other premium carriers based on destination. Please note: during the initial 10–14 days, your shipment travels via consolidated air freight to a regional logistics hub, and the carrier's tracking system will not show updates during this transit phase. Tracking activity resumes once the parcel arrives at the destination hub and enters last-mile delivery. This is a normal part of our logistics flow — your order is moving, even when the tracking appears static.

• Firmware issues on factory-default settings

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring errors, or short circuits
• Damage caused by user-modified firmware, custom tuning parameters, or unauthorized configuration changes
• Physical damage, impact damage, or water ingress beyond rated limits
• Damage from modification, tampering, or disassembly
• Use outside of stated voltage, current, or temperature specifications
• Normal wear and tear of connectors, harness, or accessories

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. We'll guide you through diagnostics and arrange a resolution.
