Refund policy

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed on our store.

1) All Sales Are Final (No Change-of-Mind Returns)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Compatibility/fitment issues

Exception: If we confirmed fitment/compatibility in writing before purchase, we will follow that confirmation for support handling.

2) What Is Covered (After-Sales Support for Eligible Cases Only)

We provide after-sales support for:

  • Verified manufacturing defects (within the warranty period below)
  • Shipping damage / missing items / wrong item(s) / DOA reported within the required time limit

In most eligible cases, due to international shipping costs, we typically resolve issues by sending replacement parts/units and may not require the item to be returned.

3) Warranty Coverage (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Warranty starts from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover issues caused by installation errors, misuse, accidents, modifications, tuning, firmware flashing, parameter changes, or other non-manufacturing factors.

  • Controllers & Motors: 12-month limited warranty
  • Wiring Harnesses: 30-day limited warranty

4) Reporting Time Limits (Required)

To be eligible for support, you must contact us:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery for: shipping damage, missing items, wrong item(s), or DOA
  • Within the warranty period in Section 3 for verified manufacturing defects (controllers/motors/harnesses)

Claims submitted outside these windows may not be accepted.

5) Remedies (What We Will Do)

After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion (based on the issue type, troubleshooting results, and parts availability):

  • Ship a replacement part/unit (most common), or
  • Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the case

We do not guarantee a specific remedy (replacement vs. refund) for every case.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval (payment provider processing times may vary).

6) Not Covered

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, wiring errors, improper use, accidents, impact/crash damage
  • Modification, tuning, firmware flashing, parameter changes, or use beyond rated specifications
  • Water ingress, corrosion, contamination (mud/sand), overheating due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
  • Compatibility/fitment issues due to incorrect model selection (unless confirmed by us in writing before purchase)
  • Unauthorized disassembly/repair or tampering with serial labels/seals
  • Carrier delays or customs inspections (we will assist when possible, but this is not a product defect)

7) Evidence Required

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing:

  • The issue/defect and how it occurs
  • The shipping label and outer packaging (especially if damaged)
  • Basic installation/wiring overview (for electronic parts)

We may request additional troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement or refund.

8) Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval

Do not return any item without our written authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused.

In many approved cases, we may resolve the issue by shipping replacement parts/units instead of requiring a return.

9) Delivery Issues & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed shipment, we can assist with reshipment. Additional shipping fees, carrier fees, or return-to-sender fees may be charged before reshipment.

10) Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (including mandatory rights that may apply in the United States, Australia, or the European Union).
