  • Products you're considering (controller / motor / harness) + your goal (torque / top speed / reliability)
  • If possible: battery voltage (e.g., 72V) and your current setup

Shipping & Import Notes

  • Parts: US / AU / EU / UK supported.
  • For many destinations, we ship via a DDP-like service (duties & taxes included) through our freight forwarder. Coverage may vary by destination and shipment type. If the carrier/customs request any additional charges, please contact us before paying.
  • We can provide a commercial invoice/sales receipt for your order. We do not provide importer-of-record services or custom local clearance documents beyond what is required for shipment.

Important (Damage / Missing Items / DOA)

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or dead-on-arrival (DOA), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos/videos of the packaging, shipping label, and item.
