Terms of Service — Capcode Motion

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Product Use & Safety

Our products may be performance parts or modified components. Installation and use may involve risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, safe operation, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

2) Legal Use & Modification Disclaimer

Products sold by Capcode Motion may be intended for performance modification and may not be street-legal in all jurisdictions. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any product, modification, or vehicle configuration complies with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements in their country/state/region. Capcode Motion does not provide legal advice and makes no guarantee regarding road legality, registration, insurance, or inspection outcomes. Use of modified vehicles may increase risk of injury, damage, or property loss; customers assume all risks associated with installation and use. Some products/configurations may be intended for off-road/closed-course use only, where applicable.

3) Fitment & Technical Advice

Fitment recommendations and technical guidance are provided as assistance only. The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase unless we confirmed fitment in writing.

4) Brand / Trademark Disclaimer

Capcode Motion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sur-Ron, Rerode, or any other brand. Any third-party names are used only to describe compatibility.

5) Orders, Pricing & Availability

We may cancel or limit orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid.

6) Shipping, Duties & Import (Door-to-Door Price)

For supported destinations, we may ship via a door-to-door service arranged by our freight forwarder/carrier (DDP or DDP-like). Where this service is used, the price shown on our website (product price + shipping) is intended to be the customer's delivered price, and customers typically do not need to pay import duties/taxes upon delivery. Customs authorities/carriers may occasionally request additional information or impose additional charges due to reasons outside our control (e.g., address issues, remote area surcharges, inspection/holds, storage/handling, re-delivery). Customers agree to cooperate reasonably and should contact us before paying any requested charges so we can assist in verification and communication. If customs/carriers legally require the recipient to provide information (e.g., ID/tax information) and the customer refuses or fails to cooperate, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or abandoned, and any resulting costs may be the customer's responsibility. We can provide a commercial invoice/sales receipt for the order amount paid. We do not provide customs duty/tax receipts, customs entry/clearance documents, or carrier/forwarder clearance invoices issued during the import process, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7) Warranty, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Warranty coverage, reporting time limits (including the 48-hour delivery issue reporting requirement), and remedies are governed by that policy.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capcode Motion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations, unless mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
